About the owner
Meet Shaun Irwin.
Hey, I'm Shaun. I grew up right here in Polk County, and somewhere along the way I figured out my favorite thing in the world is building something from the ground up and handing the keys to someone who's been dreaming about it. That's why I started Everyday Properties.
I spent five years as general manager of a construction company, selling and project managing new homes, ADUs, additions and just about everything in between. Before that, I spent nearly a decade in banking and finance, so yes, I actually enjoy a good spreadsheet. It means I can talk lumber and loans in the same conversation. I'll fight hard to hit your budget and still give you the home you've been picturing.
When I'm not on a job site, I'm probably yelling at a TV for Orlando City, Florida State or the Bucs. If we're meeting on a game day, don't be surprised if I ask you for the score.
